LipCharm fits most standard lipsticks, lip balms, and gloss tubes. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us.
Is it durable?
Yes! Stainless steel makes it highly resistant to scratches, tarnish, and daily use.
Can I use it on any bag?
LipCharm attaches easily to most bags as long as there is a small loop, ring, zipper pull, or metal detail to clip it onto.
For bags with large handles only (without any small attachment point), it may be more difficult to secure.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom.
How long is the delivery time?
You can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for many countries. For the rest, a reduced fee of €2.90 applies.
What if my package is late?
If your order seems delayed, simply contact us and we’ll help you resolve it.
Warranties
Do you accept returns?
Yes! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns or refunds (except for defective items).
What if my LipCharm arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you, depending on your preference.
How do I request a return?

No item should be returned without prior approval. Once your request is validated, we will send you the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and are non-refundable. A tracked shipping method is required, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected (or your defective product case is validated), we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Your bank may take a few extra days to finalize the transaction.
